The accommodation ranges from studios to three bedroom / two bathroom apartments. All apartments have satellite television (most apartments having more than one TV), voice mail, hi-fi system, full cooking facilities, plus all the usual attributes you would expect in a top quality serviced apartment. Welcome packs are provided in both kitchens and bathrooms. The larger apartments have washer/dryers and dishwashers. Maid service is every day except Sundays and Bank Holidays, with extra service available upon request. Reception staff will be able to arrange for your personal laundry and dry cleaning, and purchase any provisions you may need. They can also book tickets for the theatre, sporting events or concerts, make restaurant reservations, book tours or car hire and offer assistance with any other requirements you may have.

For stays of 5 days or more, a complimentary chauffeur service from Heathrow is provided, offering the convenience of being met at the airport and having your luggage taken care of, then a comfortable drive direct to your apartment. Transfers both to and from other airports are easily arranged.
