Cancellation policy/Terms & Conditions Policies are individual to the apartment provider. Here is a preview of the terms and advice for the apartments in this group. Many people ask for early arrival. If your arrival time means that the apartment cannot be let for the previous night, then you will need to pay for the previous night. Closer to the arrival date (eg a few days before), it may be clearer whether the apartment is booked the previous night and whether there is flexibility. However, in many places, you can leave bags early in the day while the apartment is prepared for your later arrival.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please note in particular: Credit card surcharge approximately 2.5-3%. Your invoice and key collection instructions are issued when the confirmation is made. Normal check in time is 15.00, check out time is 10.30. Alternative arrangements can be requested. VAT is chargeable and this is specified in the price, whether it is included. For continuous stays, VAT is chargeable at 17.5% for first 28 nights and 3.5% thereafter. A copy of your passport and signed card authorisation will be required as identification. The credit card holder will need to complete a guest registration form, sign it and either fax or scan and email back to the apartment provider as soon as possible, along with signed Terms and Conditions, and a copy of their passport. A home address is required, or UK Company UK address. A PO Box number address cannot be accepted, even if it is the billing address. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH WILL NEED TO BE SIGNED The Client agrees to pay all rental costs and charges related to the apartment and are liable for payment of any uncollected rent or charges including damage beyond normal wear and tear or incidentals for the rental term listed in the confirmation of booking form which accompanies each rental booking. The Client will pay all rent and charges in pounds sterling to the apartment provider. The initial rental payment and charges will be due on or before the rental term and on or before each extension of the rental period or part thereof. Interest of 1.5% per month will be charged for any late payments. The rental charges are subject to 17.5%VAT for the first 28 days and 3.5% for the remainder of the tenancy. The normal cancellation policy requires 72 hours noticed received prior to the arrival date for a full refund. You must ensure your cancellation notice has been received. The Client agrees to abide by the apartment rules and ensure the occupier abides by the rules and acknowledge receipt of such rules The Client will give 30 days written notice or notice equal to the initial booking period (if less than 30 days) of the move out date. All extensions are subject to availability. All the agreement terms will remain in effect for the entire duration of the tenancy. On move out all keys must be returned. A fee of £100 will be charged for each key not returned within 24 hours of the move out date. The apartment provider will not accept responsibility for personal injury, damages or loss of property. The Client accepts these terms and conditions for all future bookings made between the Client and the apartment provider. A confirmation of booking form or a guest registration form will then be used to reserve each individual apartment. A credit card charge is applicable to those who wish to pay by credit card.
